Data protection
I take your privacy seriously and only collect the information needed to respond to your tattoo request. This page explains what is collected, why, and how long it’s kept.
What I collect
When you fill in the request form, I receive your name, email address, age, and the details you provide about the tattoo (placement, size, style, idea, references). I never share these with third parties.
Why
I use the information solely to evaluate your request and write back to you. If we go on to schedule a session, I’ll keep the details on file for the duration of our work together.
How long
Requests that don’t turn into appointments are deleted after six months. Records of completed appointments are kept as long as required by German tax and bookkeeping rules, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email ehab.tattoos@gmail.com.
Hosting
This site is hosted by a provider acting as a data processor on my behalf. The host receives standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for the purpose of running the site securely. Logs are not used for tracking and are deleted on a rolling basis.
Cookies & analytics
No cookies or trackers are loaded when you first arrive. Before anything non-essential is loaded, we ask for your consent through a banner.
Meta Pixel. If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which sets cookies and measures how our Meta and Instagram ads perform — for example, whether a visit led to a tattoo inquiry. This can transfer data, including to Meta in the USA, and helps us show relevant ads and measure their results. The pixel loads only after you click “Accept”, never before. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. If you decline, no pixel and no advertising cookies are loaded. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; if that’s a concern for you, fonts can be self-hosted on request.
